I’m considering buying new construction. I want someone with experience in that area. We don’t know if we’ll do a pre built spec home or a new construction from scratch. But either way I don’t want to end up buying a new construction and have no window screens or over pay for a warranty that already comes with the home, etc.
If I ask a realtor if they’ve dealt with new construction, can they simply say yes? Feels like asking a car salesman if this is a reliable car. Of course theyll say yes. So what can I do to verify experience and at one point is it excessive? Ie if someone was a buyer agent for one home is that enough experience. Is 10 enough? 100?
Thanks in advance
