How to sell house "As is"?

I inherited a home that is now up for sale. I want to sell the house "As is" and wondering how that is done? Do I need to have that language "As is" put into the listing and/or seller's disclosure? Can the "As is" language be added after getting offers? Also, does it need to be stated somewhere in the closing paperwork? Thank you.
