Hi all
I have a mobile home that i will need to sell next year after my daughter graduates college. We are moving from VA to another state. I rent the land so the mobile home is treated as a vehicle. What are my options for selling this. If i was to list it how far out from my move date would be practical to list it. I plan to stay in the home until we move.
