How would I determine worth of a lot with a structure on it that is not habitable?

Currently own the lot next to my house. The lot has a house on it that is being used as a storage shed and is not habitable in any way. The structure will not be repaired or remodeled while I own it. Is there any way to determine the worth of the lot with a structure that will need to be torn down without a real estate agent or realtor?
