If it doesn't make much of a difference in the sale I'd rather not risk any liability. But the roof damage is limited to an area that can be closed off from undamaged areas. It's just if there's no benefit to allowing people coming inside I'd rather not do it. As the land is the real value and they can see pictures of the interior plus I could leave curtains open so they could see inside. Or is the ability to go inside important to a sale, especially when it's more for the land and is priced low?
