I'm still waiting on appraisal

We paid for a rush appraisal and we're told by the lender it would be done Monday. Monday came and nothing. We wrote and they would find out. Today we still have not seen anything and wrote the lender at noon. They replied CC with several people saying that we need it. It is now 4:00 and no one is answering our calls.

What do I do if the sellers do not want to extend? This is already going on for the second week. So I really don't think they'll want to extend.
