I’d like to buy an investment property but probably not in the area I live in. I live in DFW area and houses are expensive so not necessarily something I want to buy in right now. I thought maybe Pensacola but I’ve been hearing some stories about Florida property so that might be a bad idea. Curious to hear from some of you who have investment properties not in your home area. How do you manage the property and how did you pick that location.
