My TransUnion FICO 8 is 806 and Experian FICO 8 is 797 but my FICO 2 mortgage score is 809. I’ve never invested in real estate except for REIT stocks. I have access to six figures right now in assets and credit. But I would never spend all my liquidity on real estate. I don’t want to be overexposed. Am I in a good position to start buying a rental property or should I wait? I’m probably going to wait until my credit score increases and I’ve taken profit from my BTC investment. I don’t think house hacking is right for me. I’d probably lose money house hacking. I expect CRE bubble to burst but most will probably say I’m wrong. Could I even get a loan for CRE if it crashes? I am 25.
