Is it possible to get a second undergraduate Engineering degree at Oxford?

I'm currently an international medical student in my final 2 years and I wanted to apply for Biomedical Engineering degree in Oxford after I graduate, but I don't know where to start. What can I do . What do they look for in my application. Is it worth the try?
