Is it possible to hire attorney/agent to be Power-of-Attorney to sell home for me?

My father passed away and I'm the only heir to his old house which has been vacant for around 10 years, still in his name. I want to sell the property quickly to someone who is interested without putting it on the market, but I myself am now having serious health issues that make it physically hard to leave the house to show it to them and such. Is it possible to hire some professional like an attorney or real estate agent to be ?power of attorney? or some role to sell the house for me? (but not give other permissions than selling the house) Is this a standard thing available that others do? I don't have any family members or friends who would be able to do this for me. Thank you for ANY insights!
