Is it worth being on a real estate team in this instance?

So basically I am up in the air about whether or not I made a smart choice joining a team within my agency. I was recruited by someone who turns out I am not sure is doing the best at leading the team to produce. I feel that our brokerage has enough resources for me to learn without being on a team. I have to pay the team lead 300/mo for "fees" and not exactly sure what is included in that. I am not getting any solid leads from them. They dont seem to be producing at all, even though always busy and telling me that all of these deals they are working on are happening, but I dont really seem to see any victories. I havent made a dime yet, and you would think I would at least be able to co list a property with them or at least part of a commission.

I have only lost money so far. And it has been around 5 months.
