Landlord making me (current tenant) give tours of apartment

I am renting in NJ and moving out on Sunday. I gave my landlord the proper notice per the lease and it was radio silence until a few days ago when his friend (who is a broker in PA) asked for good times for people to view the apartment. Now I find out she is expecting us to give the tours of the apartment and we are not around to give the tours (and frankly don’t feel like we should have to because I have never toured a building without an agent), but she said that she gave 24 hour notice so tough luck, change your plans. Are we required or even allowed to be giving tours without an agent?
