I'm working on a UX design assignment to create a conceptual app for landlords to streamline rental property management. But I need your help to better understand the core users and their workflows.

IMPORTANT: This is not a real app being developed, but rather a UX exercise to design a useful tool for landlords.

I would love to hear your answers on:

1. What are the biggest problems you face as a landlord?​

2. What tools or software do you currently use, if any? How satisfied are you with your current property management workflow?​

3. What are your biggest frustrations and time-sinks when it comes to managing your rental properties?​

4. If an app could streamline and centralize all your landlord tasks, what features would be most helpful for you?​
