The buyer's agent representing my daughter had to go out of town to attend a funeral and wouldn't be able to show a property that she sent to her, and suggested that my daughter call the listing agent directly for a showing. The listing agent informed my daughter that she would have to wait until her agent comes back to see the property. Is this ethical? Seems to me she is doing her seller/client a disservice by turning away a potential buyer.
