A house we like is tenant occupied and we were told we needed to wait 24 hours before a showing due to informing the tenant.
We were told today we couldn’t see the home, can we come tomorrow because the tenant is moving out and delayed. Fine.
The pictures online of the listing look like it’s a vacant house. Are these yellow flags that something odd is going on?
If we buy this house it would be for a primary residence. If it’s complicated (the lease isn’t over) we are definitely not submitting an offer.
Any advice/tips on how to make sure this sale if clean and free of tenant appreciated. We don’t want to be landlords or have to evict anybody.
