I’m looking for a neighborhood with easy access to both Boulder and Denver while prioritizing very low fire risk. Currently leaning toward Westminster, but I’d love to hear your thoughts or experiences with any of these areas: Louisville, Lafayette, Broomfield, or Westminster.

Which would you recommend and why? Any insights on quality of life, commute times, or community vibe would be super helpful. Thanks in advance!
