Seeing what I believe to be a good investment opportunity in my area a 1980 2 bed 1 bath mobile home posted for 1500$ in what seems to be alright condition.
Furniture stays Window ACs "New partial piping underneath 3 years ago and new heat tape throughout 2 years ago. Some floors are in need of repair".
I'm planning to go and check it out this weekend, and was looking for experienced opinions to help me make a more informed decision. Surely I cant be the only one who believes this to be a steal?
QUESTIONS: What are some things I should look out for? What are some things should ask about the property? Any specific quotes should add to my resell value calculations? What are some potential problems could run into with this specific type of investment?the owner moved on short notice and wants it gone.
