Im 21- air force active duty US only not overseas- currently finished techschool heading to my job soon- no college, planning my real estate path key step by step, as best as possible before rlly getting hands on. ( To both understand and get hang of real estate business )
Ill be in the military for another 3 years - with all the benefits, loans, etc… How could i used 30-40k in savings when the time comes and start gaining experience in the field ? And what would it look like to do it all on my own ? would I be renting, purchasing, wholesale, BRRRR, etc ?
My goal is when i get out ( age 25 ) id like to at least have the know how and experience much like an intern and be able to rlly getting out there myself- How would you start if you were in my position ?
Doing as much dudilligence as possible on all the key steps needed to get there but would love to hear from experinced People.
( couple years in military learning real estate, im frugal- savings around 30-40k )
