Mold found during home inspection

Purchasing a home in the suburbs of Chicago and mold was found on drywall and some studs in the basement bathroom. When we placed our offer we submitted with 'as is' because we have had bad luck getting offers accepted lately. Our closing is set for July 9th and I'm not sure what can be done or how serious this is. Any advice is welcome.
