I know nobody can make predictions so I’m just asking for some general thoughts on these timeframes to buy.
I have a 2.25 rate hate giving it up but with my growing family and my neighborhood is just not holding up as well as I thought. It’s time to move the writing is on the wall. Not sure how I’m getting renters in my neighborhood when houses are over 250-500k.
Am I wrong for wanting to move during these crazy prices and rates?
What I see is a market that will continue to grow and become more expensive. This is my reason for not waiting to time the market or rates. Sitting down with my agent next week.
