My teacher marked me as 10 minutes late, even though I was only 3 minutes late, am I supposed to accept this?

I told him about it, and he said , it's alright, I'll fix it. But it's been almost a week and he did nothing...

I went to support and they said there's nothing they can do about it.

This is my first month in uni, am I supposed to accept being mistreated like this? Is this a "uni thing".
