I am getting ready to sign with listing agent. They insist I agree to 3% for buyers agent or my house won’t be shown. When I reminded him of the new rules he told me that they can’t advertise on MLS but they can advertise on their company website with a note associated with the listing Does that seem right? Seems shady to me
