Hi everyone, I’m looking for some advice on what to do next. Here's our situation: We’re looking to buy a new home, but we need to sell ours first. We’ve already made offers on two homes, each over the asking price but both sellers chose other buyers because they didn’t want to accept a contingent offer.
I’m worried that if someone makes an offer on our home, we won’t be able to find anything we want, or we’ll keep running into situations where our contingency isn't accepted. We're considering selling and renting temporarily so we can make an all-cash offer, but that makes me nervous, too—what if we still have trouble getting our offers accepted?
Any advice or insights would be greatly appreciated!
