Need some advice

So I’ve just finished high school and the thing is only after I’ve graduated I decided to continue learning and want to go to a college or university, thing is I don’t have a letter of recommendation because I didn’t think about going to a higher education note do I have my final transcript or final gpa. I saw online that I can try contacting the school for so I can’t try that, but I don’t know what do do about the letter of recommendation I did email my old guidance counselor and one of my teachers but they haven’t responded yet. Is there anyway I can do something tho get a letter of recommendation from someone like if I take some sort of summer program the educator would be able to give me one or does it have to be someone from my high school?
