New buyers agent rule question

I have been with this buyer's agent since December 2023. We started a new construction in the area and signed the contract in December 2023. We will not close on this property until the first week of September 2024. If everything has been signed, will I have to pay my agent after August, or is he being paid by the seller since we all signed back in December 2023? Thanks for help.
