Paid property tax twice

So I sold my house in December and the 2024 property taxes were automatically deducted from the proceeds. However looking at my escrow statement it looks like the property taxes were also automatically sent just 2 days before the closing. So looks like the payment was sent twice, I contacted the title company and they said I should be getting a reimbursement at some point. Has anyone dealt with this? Is there something I should be proactively doing?
