I’m currently in my final year of university and this year has probably been the most horrible and stressful year of my life. When it comes to assignments I feel so anxious and get this gut wrenching feeling when I’m doing them. I keep procrastinating because I feel so anxious doing them. I am a bit of a perfectionist and think this is the reason why I’m struggling so much this year and my quality of work has dropped because of it. Does anyone know any tips on how to stop this feeling? I honestly don’t know if I can complete another semester feeling like this. Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated
