Possible buyer's remorse?

First time poster in this subreddit and first time home seller. I was a single father and finally bought my first house - just a cute little starter home - 3 years ago in May of 2021. I got it cheap and at 3.25% so the lending environment was much more favorable at that time.

Anyway, I have an accepted offer on a much larger, nicer place that closes July 19 that is contingent on my selling my current home that I prepped and put on the market a few weeks ago and accepted an offer at $10k over asking price which was $80k.

The accepted offer was great news until it wasn't because I turned down several other offers, one a tiny bit higher because of certain terms of that offer, one at asking price, and one offer over asking all in cash. All with proof of funding or pre-approval.

Now the buyer is ignoring all communication from the buyer's agent and we're concerned she may be trying to back out of the sale. In terms of the contract it seems pretty clear cut but I'm not certain what the best course of action should be.

Any thoughts?
