Possibly upside down on my home

I am in the military and was moved from South Carolina to Phoenix in February 2022. When my family and I arrived in Phoenix we were staying in the only affordable apartments we could find and they progressively got more and more unsafe. Due to my working schedule I was no comfortable with leaving my wife and son alone for days at a time. After 25 offers on homes we finally were accepted for a home in June of 2022 with our total loan being 360k. I was just informed that we will be moving again in June 2025 to an overseas assignment. Being that we still owe 350k on our home and the value is looking like it’s closer to 330k we are not in the best spirits of being in debt of 30k when we go to sell after all the fees. Does anyone have any advice they can offer?
