Property management question

Hello, I am looking to rent my home out for a year. The home has a pool and I’m finding that many property management companies won’t accept homes with pools. I will have a separate company cleaning the pool regularly. Does anyone have any suggestions for how to go about renting a home with a pool? Are there any recommendations for property management in Austin Texas?
