Property Survey found neighbor shed and trampoline on our property

Long story short - my husband and I moved into a subdivision back in March that backs up to a pond. We knew at that time that our neighbors only loosely maintained the property lines. We had a problem not long after we moved in with the neighbor whose backyard backed up to the side of our house started leaving their dog chained up and barking for hours upon hours. One day after several hours of the dog barking in the 90+ degree heat we knocked on their door asking about their dog. Especially since it had been barking for hours (our local law states anything over 15 minutes is breaking noise ordinance) and we were worried that it had been overheated. They promptly cussed us out and told us to never come back on their property. We hadn’t done a property survey prior to this but this interaction prompted one and we discovered that a creek that we previously thought split our property was actually fully on our property plus the neighbors trampoline and the neighbor next to them shed was on our property. What is the best way to move forward with this? We obviously don’t want the trampoline on our property (liability) and we had been maintaining party of the neighbors yard but we no longer want to but the only way they can access our property is through coming on to ours which we won’t let them do. How many days do we give neighbors to remove property that is on ours?

For context it is only a fourth of a trampoline and half of a shed. So I don’t know how to move forward. These neighbors now hate us and have bad talked us up and down the entire neighborhood so now no one is friendly toward us when we we’re only concerned about the dogs safety.
