Can I just cut my losses on a vacant lot I mistakenly purchased that was apart of a large IRS tax lien and let it go thru property tax foreclosure?
Backstory notes: -My first property purchase. (Ignorance) -Title company fee was going to double my purchase price of $400. (Dumb) -Spoke to IRS, they have no interest in releasing the property. -Lien is VERY large and will not get written off after ten years. They’ve already renewed it once.
