Purchasing a Duplex

Hello everyone, I have a question that I’m hoping somone can give me some good advice about (not sure if there’s a direct answer.) By the end of the year I plan to buy a duplex and do a house (hack.) This would be my first house so I do qualify for an FHA loan. My question is would I benefit more if I purchase the house in my personal name and rent a unit to an LLC (my own)? Or would I be better off purchasing the house with a conventional loan under the LLC and renting to a unit to myself? And advice is really appreciated.Or should I just forget the LLC all together? I’m 24yrs old and would like to make the best financial decision I possible can, any advice is greatly appreciated.
