Quit claim to change ownership type keeping same owners?

My mother and I own her mobile home jointly in New Hampshire. It's about a year after buying, and we've realized that we would have been smarter to own as "joint tenants with rights of survivorship". The original warrantee deed is filed as "tenants in common" which is the default in NH.

Can this be changed by filing a Quit claim with the specific language to make it JTWROS? Would she and I be both the guarantor(s) and guarantee(s)?
