Real estate class

Good evening everyone. I’ll be going into my fourth week of real estate class tomorrow afternoon and I feel so incredibly overwhelmed. I feel like I’m trying to learns 3 years of words and phrases in a short 2 1/2 months. What are some things that helped you retain all of the words and definitions? I’m also so nervous about the classes final exam and also the national and state exams. Please help me
