Restarting bachelor in EPE

Hello, im willing to start again from the beginning in Electrical Power Engineering... I completed my vocational diploma in industrial electricity so when i went for bachelor almost 2.5 years been shaved off, some subjects can fall in dispute such as physics 2 and English ( i TOOK MY 3 ENGLISH SUBJECTS IN THE VOCATIONAL COLLEGE + I HAVE ACADEMIC ILETS SCORE 6 AS WELL AS PHYSICS 2) l. So basically my bachelors in EPE is 5 semesters effectively BUT i screwed my first semester due to mental preparation and i got GPA whopping 2.01 + failed subject... Therefore is there a possibility to restart? This is a private university
