Roof leak and mold four days after closing

I am a nurse who recently relocated from the south to the north to ensure that my daughter receives necessary medical care. I underwent an inspection and officially acquired the house on the 28th. However, I just discovered a leak in my daughter's room tonight, originating from her closet and saturating the adjacent wall. Upon closer inspection, it appears to be mold. The seller is a licensed real estate agent and replaced the entire closet with cedar, Since that's the only thing that's new in the house it all makes sense now.. my daughter, who is only 4 years old, cannot be exposed to mold. It's been overwhelming, considering she also needs brain surgery. Remaining strong in the face of these challenges is incredibly difficult, and this situation feels like the last straw. Any advice on how to handle this would be greatly appreciated.
