Seeking advice for teacher education options please 🙏

I am in my third year of my Honours Bachelor of Science in Children Studies at Guelph University. My goal is to become an elementary school teacher. Do you know if there are any ONLINE bachelor of education programs that will allow me to do my coursework online but then the placement requirements in my own region? I wanted to go to the University of Toronto, but they said the placements have to be done in Toronto. Sucks cause I will be working east of Ottawa, but would love my degree to come from UT. It’s kind of my dream at the moment. Even considering taking their Masters Degree, too. I know Ottawa has a couple of good universities, but I was aiming for ones that rank highest on the world list. Has anyone heard of an exception to these courses? Do my placement here but the courses online?
