Seller Disclosure Question

Bought a house 2-3 years back and we're now selling it. Whenever we purchased, the seller disclosure mentioned that a patio deck had previously collapsed about 5 years prior to that, but was repaired by XYZ Contractor, etc. The patio has been fine during our ownership, but am I required to notate the prior collapse event on my SD form even though A) I didn't have the work performed during my ownership and don't know all the details of what actually happened and B) it's now been like 7-8 years since it occurred? Are seller disclosures cumulative from owner to owner? If so, for how many years does it go on?
