Hey guys. I have got a rental which I bought couple of years ago which has roughly $200k of equity.
Cons:
The property taxes on this property has constantly increased to a point where I’m considering selling it. Additionally, the cash flow is not great. ($300-$400 a month). I don’t see it appreciating, as the the area is quite stagnate (quiet Suburb of Atlanta)
Pros:
3.8% interest rate Easy to rent
Iam thinking of taking the profits and placing them in the S&P500.
Thoughts?
