Selling in Phoenix

My house is in a desirable neighborhood, is in great condition and I had a professional take its pictures. However, my realtor just held the first open house on my property on Sunday and no one showed up. To make matters worse, someone else in the area also held an open house and no one attended it as well. I had been hoping have that we would have created “open house syngery” for each other.

Is this my Dr Smith moment and I’m “doomed as doomed can be”? and I should just take the house off of the market until the fall when it cools down?
