It seems like everyone is just set on being a buyer. I get it but before you buy, think about the bother and cost to sell. Realtor commission, buyer closing costs and demands. It can easily be thousands of dollars.

There is no shame in renting. Especially if you are not set on staying for atleast 3-5 years.
