Currently live in a highly desirable area.near the California Coast. Beaches are about 20 minutes away.
It's a class C.from 1977, but we've kept it in good shape.
Recently learned that the original builder didn't do insulation so the HOA wants to take a $1mil loan out. Just discussing at the moment. It's est.that $33k would be needed from each homeowner.
Purchased our condo for $140k in 2014.
Realtor thinks it can sell for $275k.
Property management company says it can rent for $2k/month.
From a financial perspective, I'm a bit torn on keeping and renting v. selling.
