I’ll try to keep it brief
we live in a 220 unit condo in Miami, each unit got hit with a $150,000 special assessment for deferred maintenance. Units aren’t even selling below $200,000 when they went for $400,000 just years ago. Is our best option to wait for a developer buyout? there’s currently 30 units up for sale
