Starting out in Real Estate, Looking for Suggestions

I (29M) have been in office technology and IT sales for 6 years. I started in sales and have been in management for the past few years. It has become clear that it is time for a career change.

I am in the process of completing the prep course. Once completed, I will take the RE test for the state of Tennessee. My goal is to land in Commercial Real Estate, but at this point, I am trying to absorb as much valuable information as possible.

Does anyone have study suggestions beyond a prep course? Online forums, books, YouTube videos, etc.

All recommendations are greatly appreciated!
