Hi everyone,
I’m looking for a (STR) property near Atlanta, as I enjoy visiting the city. I’d like to rent it out on Airbnb during the months I’m not using it. My budget is around $150,000, if that’s still feasible.
Can you recommend areas close to Atlanta where I might find something within this price range? I assume downtown Atlanta is likely out of reach at this budget, but I’m open to suggestions for nearby locations.
