Stucco applied upon cinder block/cement block as decoration, is this okay?

Saw a house with cinder block + stucco and the stucco was applied outside as decoration. Realtor said it’s a common decorative idea.

Seller did inspection but report did not mention this is an issue. I only know stucco + wood is an issue some times. But stucco + cinder block should be fine?
