My mom and dad bought a property with my dividend money in Alaska long ago. In 2009 I signed it over to their name. They made a trust in 2010 and then transferred it out of the trust to just my mom’s name. She died in March and I’m the PR of the estate now

We got an offer accepted to sell it. The title company says they can’t insure it without us having the trust documents even know it’s not in a trust now. It was quick claimed to just my mom from my dad and mom’s trust.

What can I do? I don’t have the trust document. I can’t find it. My mom died obviously and my dad has beginning dementia but not fully yet.

Need assistance. Tried looking everywhere and can’t find the trust document as it’s from 25 years ago. And can’t even find the lawyer name.

Where would I look to find the trust info or the lawyer who did it?

Is there anyway around this?

Sounds like the title company doesn’t want to insure it just because it being in a trust before. Even know the trust was literally my mom and dads name and it was moved out of it. And I was the owner prior to that. And it currently being only in my mom’s name not a trust.
