Title Company still crunching numbers on closing day?

I’m in NJ. So today my ex wife and I are supposed to close on selling our home. I received an email today stating the title company is still crunching numbers. Is that normal? There is an fha partial claim on the house that has been known about.

Also my proceeds from the sale are funding another transaction and I chose to have that wired. I know NJ is a wet funding state so I should see that wire today correct?
