I am currently building a tool where you can plug in the address of a house on MLS, fetch data on surrounding sold and rented properties, and then determine the potential cash flow, cash on cash return, and other metrics. Would this be a useful tool for people and what other metrics would people like to see when analyzing a deal? How much would people be willing to pay if this service costs money?
